Years of being involved in service and helping others has instilled a deep passion in our Founder and CEO, Ginny Dye, to create tools to empower others. It was this passion that led to the creation & development of our parent company, Together We Can Change The World, Inc. She developed The Ultimate Life Company when she realized how many people were trapped by the mistaken belief that Success is only about great wealth – instead of understanding Success is about living a great LIFE. Her passion to help people live a great life in every single area is the power behind ULC.

Ginny has a background that includes authoring 25 books; owning a Publishing Company; 20 years of Sales & Marketing Management; 18 years of involvement with youth; creating Internet Marketing Systems; and the development of corporate training materials for several companies.

She is passionate about her mission - empowering others to become their very best, while living their Ultimate Life!

Linda Baumgarten

Linda Baumgarten has been an entrepreneur for over 16 years: technical writer, insurance agent, real estate investor, event promoter, information marketer, and coach. She has reached the pinnacle of success in each of the companies for which she has worked including: Landmark Education Corporation, National Association for the Self-Employed and the Connecticut Real Estate Investors Association. Her living principle is that ordinary people are extraordinary and she lives that with each person she coaches, each person she meets, and now each member of The Ultimate Life Company.

Gordon Owens
Chief Operations Officer

With over 30 years in the high tech industry and another 20 years in retail as owner/manager of his own chain of stores, Gordon Owens, Chief Operations Officer for The Ultimate Life Company, brings with him a unique perspective when it comes to running an Internet company.

Prior to joining The Ultimate Life Company, Gordon was a Microsoft consultant for more than a decade, helping to release products like Windows 95 and XBox. During his tenure, he developed business systems and websites for their vast sales and marketing initiatives.

As COO, Gordon drives technical and business development calling upon his Accounting and MBA degrees to build ULC responsibly. With passion and zeal, he is committed to ULC and all that it holds for the decades to come.

Owen Ott
Director of Systems Administration

Owen retired from the U.S. Marine Corps after 20 years of active service at home and abroad.

With over 2 decades of web development, several years of SQL Server administration, and programming experience in Visual Basic 6.0, Visual Basic .NET, JavaScript, PHP, and the Macromedia Suite applications, Owen comes to ULC highly qualified to serve as Director of Systems Administration & Webmaster.

In his travels, Owen found people with dreams. He became part of The Ultimate Life Company to help make a difference in the lives of others. As Director of Systems Administration & Webmaster, Owen has found a way to help change the lives of others.

Lisa Willey
Director of Member Services

Being a former foster child, the idea of being a part of something that would help others - especially young people appealed to me. I have always cared very deeply for people, but my experiences in the foster care system left a very special place in my heart for children and teens.

As Director of Member Services for The Ultimate Life Company I have the opportunity to work with others to create resources that uplift and empower others. I want everyone to know that someone believes in them and to use that knowledge to grow within themselves.

Sandi Valentine
Director of Administrative Services

Sandi Valentine comes to The Ultimate Life Company from a long line of people who care about others - and from a long line of people who have had big dreams.

Her rich life-experiences and extensive world travel have given her the desire to help others "put flesh" on their visions and aspirations.

As the Director of Administrative Services, Sandi not only offers support services to the members of the ULC Team, she has the honor of interacting with our outstanding speakers and ULC members.

Jean Lachowicz
Director of Social Media

With 30 years of experience in the communications industry and working for and with non-profit organizations, Jean Lachowicz handles post-production editing of Ultimate Life Company webinars, occasionally hosts webinars, and coordinates ULC's social networking. She has a bachelor's degree in communications/journalism and a master's degree in political science and liberal studies. With a passion for the administrative side of service organizations as well as hands-on social action, Jean liaises with the organizations supported by ULC and Together We Can Change The World.

Jean is Executive Director of Together We Can Change The World and manages the TWCCTW family of websites and social media, including Together We Can Change The World Day (T-Day), Together We Can Change The World Publications, 5 Million for Change, and Fireflies for the Heart. She is also an entrepreneur, and owns a communications company which specializes in website and media development for small businesses and non-profits.

Donna Semeraro
Ultimate Life Company Program Host

Donna Semeraro has over 20 years of experience in customer service and corporate training. Attaining her Degree in Education has given her a passion for learning and a love for sharing knowledge. It is her belief that learning is a life long journey that should not end when we leave the four walls of the classroom.

Donna says, "As the Program Host, it is an honor to spend time speaking with such inspiring and educated people and it is my pleasure to be able to help share their messages and lessons with the members of The Ultimate Life Company."
